About
Brightcave is led by Charles Warner, who spent 25 years building Invision Community, a software platform used by LEGO, Sony, Mattel, PepsiCo, the NFL, NHL, Tripadvisor, SEGA, Evernote, and thousands of other organizations to power their online communities and customer engagement. He grew it from a two-person startup into a global platform serving millions of users, and led it through every phase: product strategy, marketing, UX, infrastructure, customer success, and operations.
After exiting Invision Community in 2026, he started Brightcave in Lynchburg, Virginia to bring that same enterprise-level experience to a smaller set of organizations doing work that matters.
We are a multidisciplinary agency offering strategy, design, and marketing under one roof, built for companies that want fewer vendors and better results. We stay small, stay close to the work, and make sure every piece connects.
